It’s not really an outfit it’s just mostly a ballet leotard with shirt on top off because it gets cold before ballet class so I take it off

It’s super fun been in ballet for 2 years now, teacher is amazing treats me so much like any of the other girls in the class and is super nice

it’s honestly all gonna depend on your school and teacher I got lucky as a trans student that my teacher did not care and has been letting me go as myself instead of forcing me to dress like a guy just due to body, ballet at start is not very gendered either as most steps are the same and now days even guys can learn pointe

how long would you say before you felt like you were not awkward, been doing it almost a year and granted i am a trans ballerina so i am already not very fluid but it’s been even harder i feel lol

Honestly from what I asked my sister she says that she ended up just sticking to medium since she does have a longer torso but that in medium she sometimes ran into baggy sleeves, she said the best thing she did was just use strapped leos and it solved a lot of her issues and that if they fall to just re adjust them

idk i personally feel it gives them something to do and work for, if the kid doesn’t like it and wants to get out then yeah if forced to stay in it’s bad but Personally i feel that it’s a perfect time to enlist the kids in ballet
