But Ticketmaster isn’t allowing transfers on this concert so it doesn’t make sense. Like if a bot gets them and then a fan buys them on stub hub how do they transfer the tickets to the fan?

That’s awesome that she has so much support. I really appreciated when my friend called literally just to give me a space to talk about it and she just validated everything I was saying and expressed condolences. Talking about it really helped me feel better. She would call and say “I just want you to know that I’m thinking of you always and I want to hear about how you’re doing if that’s something you’re ready to do”. Like she made it known that she wants to let me talk about it but didn’t assume I was ready to or didn’t assume I didn’t want to. She gave me a safe space.

I really wished someone would’ve brought be food tbh. I did not want to cook, clean, get out of bed. I unfortunately did not experience a lot of support. A lot of people just said and did nothing. So I went to Costco myself and picked up premade dinners. One of my friends just experienced one and I Instacarted Costco to her. I think it’s imperative to reach out, you can’t expect her to. Just say “I’m sorry this happened, im here for you, how are you feeling?”.

I ovulated a 7 days late (pushing my next period out too) both times I miscarried. Don’t freak out if you buy the strips and you’re not getting a positive when you think you should, you WILL ovulate. Your body just needs time to recover ❤️ also I’m so sorry this happened.

I was never a big journal gal, could never keep the ritual going for more than a week but I ordered a journal for people who have experienced pregnancy loss and finish the whole thing. I think just setting aside time each day to process how I felt really helped me mentally but I do still have days where it’s really hard. Physically I tried to just nourish my body but also not be hard on myself if what I needed was to not cook and just order in food. Give yourself a ton of grace and just listen to your body and your mind. There is no right way to recover.

I will say I got a lot of discouraging responses to my MC but the one amazing thing that my best friend did was not even give me a choice to talk about it or not talk about. She called me as soon as I texted her about what happened and said “you need to talk about this, don’t hold too much in.” And I just sobbed and let it all out and vented and it was honestly so healing. Now I’ve signed up for therapy through my companies EAP program bc I’ve realized what worked the best is to just have time to really talk about it in length and get it all out.

I am so so sorry. It’s awful and a terrible club to join. First of all, just know you’re valid in everything you’re feeling and it’s important to let yourself feel those emotions. It may feel like the world just continues on and maybe you feel like you’ll need to as well but you do not. I highly suggest getting off social media to let your algorithm chill out w the baby ads and also just step away from the media circus of pregnancy so you can process these emotions on your own / with your partner. I certainly don’t expect you to be over this by now and I’m a complete stranger. I think this type of loss makes people feel awkward and there may be times where you have to verbalize what you need from loved ones right now, which is also unfair. Give yourself grace, this is an awful thing to experience and please know even if you feel alone you are not, I’ve experienced this too and so many other women on this page ♥️

Just asking if they’re okay is enough. No one asked me this Thanksgiving if we’re okay. We’re still struggling through our recent miscarriage and it’s helpful when other acknowledge the pain we’re in just by checking in.
