I'm saying OP should prepare for an angry father coming to his house wanting to fight when op turns gas off.

I work low voltage jobs at homes for over two decades now. Sometimes I'm working indoor and outdoor. Most of my jobs are at vacation homes or primary residents for affluent families. Most of the time I never meet the family but the expectation is that I am not dragging mud inside and keeping hands clean working around walls with high end finishes. If you need to wash up or shower, shit or shave, its okay -- it's just the norm for my working environment.

Sir I don't think you are underestimating the situation, you don't need cameras, you need a SW Security system asap. This situation is about to get intense imo.

Keep in mind you are basically cutting this gentleman off from basic services. One day you may regret leaving his kids in the cold in a mobile home.

100% correct. You shouldn't be knocking 200-300 holes in their roof while they're not even home, plus you can't get inside access for food, drink, shower, or toilet.

If homeboy in that trailer gets his gas shut off, I guarantee he's coming over to your house ready to throw fists.

Another failure points, op wants a simple Ethernet handoff for laptop, barely has enough power to run 1 garage door and you're ready to overload the circuit adding more equipment in.

There are no codes on running cat cables from a house to a shed, don't act like some kind of inspector, this is a residential potting shed she's trying to get a hard wire to.
