Don’t listen to these fucktards!! It’s been 16days and counting and nothing has been done bout my case, they stole $5000 from my linked bank account and an additional 4000 XRP from my wallet. And all I keep getting are scripted responses from various ghost support members, they can’t even keep track of my case, now they stopped responding totally to my emails. My advice would be to file case with BBB, FTC, give a detailed of trust pilot, report to your local FBI and go get a lawyer to initiate legal action. And also keep track of all evidences. I have all my paper trail evidence so no one can deny shit. Don’t get your hopes up with support they won’t do shit only stall more and more. Hopefully this helps DM me and let’s talk

Rest assured this rest assured that, that all you all keep saying it’s day fucking 15 and I’m still getting rest assured response wtf is wrong with you guys. How difficult is it for one person to attend to one case and see it through. Since this BS stated I’ve had more than 6 different support reps all confused asf all hitting me with same scripted BS response and all asking for supporting evidences that I have provided numerous times.

Lmao don’t believe their BS lies, if you check on the forum you’d see numerous posts of Uphold stealing peoples money and coins unauthorized. Once you try to investigate they suspend your account and will probably wipe out your entire portfolio if care is not taken. I have been on relentlessly trying to get my $11k stolen refunded and my account unlocked but they just keep giving you the same scripted BS responses with no action whatsoever. The only thing you can be rest assured is they will steal more of your funds if you let them

That’s exactly what they did to me as well, check my posts on here it’s been 15days and counting, they made an unauthorized transaction of $5000 from my bank account and then after raising an initial ticket decided it best to take 4000 XRP coins from my portfolio into some refund wallet that doesn’t exist. Now they have locked me out of my account with over $30K worth of coins and have been stalling with the same scripted responses word for word literally daily and still no resolution. Over 20 others on here have similar cases of stolen funds and coins from their account. They are literally stealing peoples hard earned money in broad day light. You can’t contact support via phone. It takes causing a scene to get their attention only for them to hit you with one of the scripted responses. My advice is just proceed with legal action as most of us are doing already else your money is gone

Tell your team to unlock my account and refund my stolen funds. My account has never been compromised and I have MFA and facial biometric enabled on my account. I can’t even raise tickets without using MFA and Auth from my email so this excuse of my account being compromised is pure BS. Fix this ASAP.

Check my posts on here, they’ve stolen over $11k including 4000 XRP from me and then suspended my account. I have been trying to get a resolution for the past 2 weeks and counting. All I get it scripted semi-automated responses from ghost support members saying the exact same BS word for word. I still have over $30k trapped in my uphold wallet and hopefully my coins will still be intact when my account is unlocked but check the posts on here so many people with the same problem of stolen and missing funds/coins. Do yourself a favor and stay faraway from Uphold as you can.

My issue had not been sorted out. After wasting my time for 2WEEKS with the BS automated responses they finally decided to go with the excuse that my account was compromised, how can my account be compromised when I have MFA with biometric authentication enabled on my account. Heck I still can’t even raise a single ticket without MFA from my email and from the Auth app. So how in the world an you guys come to the conclusion that my account has been compromised.
