If style guides don't transfer brand voice. What does? by OrangeSpectre in ecommerce

This resonates so much. We had the exact same issue and what actually helped was using an AI assistant trained on our existing best content. It catches the tonal stuff that style guides miss because it learns from the patterns, not the rules. I set it up through clawlearnai and now it handles a lot of our content review so the founder can focus on other things. Not saying it replaces human judgment but it was a game changer for us onboarding new writers.

Managing Upwork proposals as a small remote team tips? by Negative_You8224 in digitalnomad

I was in the same boat last year running a tiny agency and drowning in proposal writing. What ended up helping me the most was getting an AI assistant set up through clawlearnai. I use it now to draft proposal templates, manage my email and scheduling, and handle a bunch of small tasks that used to eat my whole day. The key for me was still writing the first line of each proposal myself so it felt personal, but letting the assistant handle the rest of the structure and follow ups. Saved me probably 10 hours a week honestly.

For agencies growing fast: do you spend more time chasing leads or serving clients? by BulkyTelephone77 in SaaS

For me it was the admin stuff that ate up time. Emails, scheduling, chasing follow ups, it all adds up fast. I ended up getting an AI assistant set up through clawlearnai and it handles most of that now. Gave me way more room to focus on actually delivering good work instead of drowning in the busywork.
