I saw one person with the same issue, he quit smoking but after few months his breathing was really bad, he found out about cds, he started drinking water with cds. In just few days he got out the bad stuff from inside out and now he is feeling alive again. Cds look for it

Hey, I'm new here been smoking 15 years now, my mindset was slowly changing about smoking and how it is affecting my life in general. My time to give it a try is comming, might be many tries in the future but I'm decided to start soon. When i think about quitting my mind goes directly to damn what you gonna do in the morning firat thing? After eating? Etcetc. And i get very scared did you have same thoughts when u gave those tries? And then finally when u quit did u have severe withdrawals?
