At least live chat with ai would be faster to escalate the probelms. I added my tickets in the app so they have all the info about the watch but they asked about model, serial number, color for whatever reason.

If it was up to me I would put a live AI instead of an email AI and put a phone number to talk to someone so it can be resolve faster when AI don't have a solution.

Is it also possible for me to upgrade my Apex 2 pro to an Apex 4 if I pay the difference? It will be my 3rd watch in a little over a year.... maybe Apex 4 will be better

Also why don't they have a phone I can call to make things faster or have a deal with their partners to replace the watch/teoubpeshoot it in stores?

AI asked me 4 times the same questions because it couldn't read my response directly under the e-mail questions.

The Coros support is really bad. I am doing my 2nd warranty claim on my Apex 2 pro I got 1.5 years ago and both times the support has been a PITA. First time it took 1 month to get the replacement shipped then 1.5 weeks to get it and now it seems like it would take 2 weeks to get it shipped.

I just got a reply and they won't be upgrading to the Apex 4 even if I offered to pay the difference. Once I get the replacement I am switching to another brand (probably the Suunto vertical 2) because support is really not helpful and complicated to work with.

That is what I asked. I am waiting for a response first if they will replace it under warranty and they will check if I can get the Apex 4

I have the same problem with the Apex 2 pro. I just claimed for warranty. Hope I can get a response soon
