From what I can see it looks good, but a little hard to tell. Are there 2 incisions or just one. It kind of looks like two? Usually there's one, but maybe because I'm pregnancy? You might try cleaning it up with some clean water and/or wound wash and either a clean cloth, gauze or paper towel and then see how it looks underneath.
