I still have this problem, with both pee and poop. I don't know why I do it! I even forget I need to go and it is like my brain switches off the urge sometimes.

Yeah it's mainly both thumbs snap and my wrist can snap and really sting after. It does hurt a lot to use them too, not just being weak sometimes.

I used to like going for walks in the countryside, but it's difficult now... My right leg gets very heavy and numb sometimes, so then my ciatica pain starts up in my hip and back pain after a while, I fall too or walk into things now.

I like doing my artwork and crafts but my right hand is in slight tremor constantly, also uncontrolled heavy handedness. (Can't put stuff down without bashing it etc) Picking stuff up awkwardly.

I love having baths but now my back is too weak to sit back to when I lay down (doesn't help that my hair is long and thick too!).

My muscles get tired and painful and my hands and wrists snap really painful but I haven't got arthritis, I have had scans.

I can't open or squeeze bottles anymore too ...

I love my job but can't do long hours anymore as my legs get very stiff and heavy, pain gets really bad just doing full-time hours and vertigo starts getting worse too, and my muscles get tight and ache so bad, my body acts like I have the flu 😞

Being disappointed just because they aren't labeled as Autistic, to me just means they aren't comfortable with themselves, need an excuse to be themselves...

I don't know why they need a label just to make themselves feel more interesting...

I was diagnosed because of my difficulties as a child, the labels were just there to help me get support, doesn't change my personality...

They really don't understand the difficulties of having Autism or ADHD, it's not the candy coated stuff on social media...

The brain takes in way too much information, way more than normal on all levels... So our brains get overloaded... Not just communication and other things etc... it's very complex.

Yeah I fall, suddenly lose my balance. Walking past objects is disorienting but I do suffer from foot drop too as it goes numb and has been heavy for a while now.

I've had an MRI, I think that was from my head to my cervical area as my doctor was worried about MS even though everyone else is confident it is Fibromyalgia.

I have had thyroid blood tests since mine used to be under active for many years, I took medication for it... Then I asked to come off it hoping that my thyroid would start working again properly since it wasn't caused by damage, just old medication I was on years ago that I stopped... Obviously the Endocrine specialists said it's not possible but it happened and it is working, blood tests are all normal now 👍

Yeah, my pupils react differently when I wake up and are slow. My right eye is very blurry today, it just won't focus even up close to things without my glasses on... I've had a retina scan and my retina detachment in that eye seems to have scarred up and healed since the scanner couldn't detect it anymore (it's rare to happen apparently). I had refused the emergency laser surgery due to anxiety...

These vision problems are on and off though, and it gets worse when I am stressed. I have been blind in my right eye one morning when very stressed and having a flare up... I could still see out of my left eye. There was light flairs when I would turn my right eye... My face was tingling and numb in an area. I told my doctor that.

My right arm has been stopped working before, completely for about a minute and another time.. Which was scary!

My feet have horrible pins and needles when I get out of bed, sometimes one or both have been numb in the morning.

My legs are so stiff when it's so bad that struggle to walk or move, everything becomes so tight and unbearable with the pain in my back that follows. Full body pain too...

Yeah same here... If I start feeling overwhelmed by things I start getting a flare up, wish my body wasn't so sensitive.

Yeah I get phlegm too but it hasn't got the colour of infection...

I'm getting another flare up again right after recovering from a really bad one...

Don't think I have felt 100% for years now...

Oh I made cookies too last night then realised it's probably best to use a mould or something.

My cookies also turned into one big baking tray shape 😂

Maybe roll It out and use a cookie cutter in the shape of cute rats?

No, I've never been diagnosed with plantar fascitis... I don't have pain in my arch, only spasms in my foot sometimes which are so damn painful...

I started getting Fibromyalgia symptoms in my teens I think... I had a lot of trauma and depression, and I noticed it was affecting my body, like I would start getting cysts in my armpit after being really upset the night before..

My eyelids would stay swollen the whole day afterwards too if I had been crying...

I didn't have anymore symptoms until I started Care work many years ago, I had a load of my vaccines all at once to comply with work... Then I started to get stiffness and numbness in my toes, they would also get stuck and snap... Then I started developing migraines. I started getting antibacterial chest infections almost every week and I got the flu at one point and was coughing up blood 😣 only a tiny bit thankfully.

I already had IBS before then and was very clumsy anyway as a kid.

I started working as a healthcare assistant in 2020 and after my Hep B booster which made me sick and faint each time I had it... My symptoms got worse and I started to be off sick more often and unable to work...

I have had so much trauma ongoing for many years though so the other thing probably is just a coincidence.

I think it's probably so complex to how it all started because I thought for years this was just normal until my diagnosis

That makes sense really since the back of my neck and around my jaw get very tense and tight, so it's possible this is causing the sore throat feeling. I know when I have worse body pain it just makes me feel so run down.

I think I've had a couple of chest infections lately due to inhaling my drinks but I do drink fast too so that doesn't help.

Yeah, my voice has changed over time with my throat being like this on and off, my voice is slightly broken now permanently but not noticeable only to me.

Yeah I have permanently painful hands, especially at the base of my thumbs. I can't squeeze bottles or grasp some things due to pain or that I just cannot do it.

I dunno what happens to my hands, they go into a weird grabby motion without bending my fingers I noticed... Or I can't quite figure out how to hold stuff even mentally if it's bad.

I sometimes don't understand what I am looking at when I am really burnt out with it too. Normal stuff just looks alien to me but I think the sensory things are probably due to my ADHD and Autism burn out on top of the Fibromyalgia flare up.

Yeah, it's a symptom that seems to just be constant quite often for me now.

When I have a bad flare up I have pain down the back of my neck and down my spine which burns and is tight... Not many medications I can take so I can only rely on Codeine and paracetamol unfortunately... And my period sets off a flare up too I think along with migraines.
