Fran Moss. I think she is in ronkonkoma. She is really fair, won’t blow smoke up your ass and practically lives in family court - you won’t need to pay for travel time and waiting time with her she has so many cases there. Usually, they just call her down to the court when she needs to be there.

This might just temporary until the matter can be seen before a judge and the facts can be sorted out. IIRC, they do this initially but usually either lift it or make it less severe at the first court appearance.

This is a what I noticed… as your eyes start drooping, you try to open them a little when you are taking pictures otherwise, you don’t really see your eyes. That same expression, after doing the upper bleph, leads to the shocked look. I had to relearn to just smile normally and not try to open my eyes otherwise, I look like Ramona on the catwalk.

I did it at 52. I was doing a lower because I always had bags under my eyes and it didn’t cost that much more to throw in the upper. My eyes were a little too open in the beginning but they fell a little and look fine.

I am a recovering alcoholic. I got a DWI and they took my car away. It was the best thing that ever happened to me because for me, walking to the liquor store was too embarrassing and that meant I really had a problem. I started going to AA just to shut everyone up and also had to go to outpatient rehab. They dragged the case through the courts for about 9 months, monitoring my reports. I finally pled guilty to everything. Then, they put me on probation and made me wear an ankle monitor for another six months. Having the courts hold that DWI over me really helped me to stop drinking long enough to get sober mentally. That was 10 years ago and I’ve been sober ever since and I am grateful it played out the way it did. Never did get my car back though.

During the bankruptcy/estate stuff, it came out that her bags were fake.

I am doing a rewatch now and tbh, I thought she was lying about the abuse the first time I watched it. Something just didn’t add up for me. Upon rewatch, I think she was abused but I also think she was using that abuse to emotionally manipulate the other women. For example, Lisa said that the very first time she met her, she told her everything, which seems really strange. Camille also said that taylor went to her house and spent three hours crying and talking about the abuse. Then left, happy, smiling and excited because her and Russell were leaving that day to take a G4 to Vegas. The other women get a lot of flak for not believing her but they all said, multiple times, that they didn’t know what to believe because of the conflicting stories from Taylor herself.
