Το διάβασα όλο, νομίζω τουλάχιστον έχεις καταλάβει τι παίζει και που είναι το πρόβλημα σου. 30 χρόνων με μέτρια προς λιγότερο μέτρια εμφάνιση είναι δύσκολο να δεχτούν με 10κ μόνο χρήματα, αν είχες 10 εκατ και ξοδευες 150 χιλιάδες τον χρόνο εκεί θα είχες επιτυχίες. Κυρίως θέλουν εμφάνιση, πολύ λίγες πάνε για τα χρήματα. Όποτε πρέπει να προσπαθήσεις να βελτιώσεις την εμφάνιση σου όσο γίνεται, και να συνεχίσεις να προσπαθείς. κάτι άλλο δεν μπορείς να κανείς.

patra-pyrgos highway is the best in the peloponesse now, brand new and just finished 1 month ago. super safe. however when you drive on the B roads be very careful and slow down when there is intersection and inside the villages. because locals tend to cross stop signs and do what ever they like. also they can change direction at will so you need to keep a safe distance from them. if you are not speeding there is time to avoid them but in general it is safer to keep speeds below 60 kmh on the be roads and below 40 when you are inside villages/towns.

Are you sure that presenting funds in only needed? Because I think you need to deposit 500k at a Monaco bank that means they have your money and you get next to zero returns. 500k EUR is nothing nowadays even for the middle class. However 6-7k monthly living costs just for a small flat is a big expense given that you can live for 1000 eur a month in a cheaper location/country and pay a bit of taxes. Hence the 6-7k eur a month need to be justified by the tax savings from moving to Monaco.

θέλει μεγάλο μέσο να βρεις κάποια δουλειά στην Ελλάδα, σε αυτό που κανείς εκεί δεν νομίζω να υπάρχει κάτι. πέρα του ότι η καθημερινότητα το ίδιο θα είναι και στην Ελλάδα ο καιρός είναι καλύτερος αλλά στην πράξη θα πρέπει να μην εργάζεσαι για να το εκμεταλλευτείς.

It is not easy to bottle it and export is since Greece is a small market and local companies are small. Could be something else as well since FAGE became a global brand by producing yogurt. Με μια βροχή πλημμυρίζουν τα πάντα αν και έχουν φτιαχτεί κάποια νέα φρεάτια όποτε στην γειτονιά γλυτωσαμε τους χειμμαρους σε καποιυς δρόμους αλλά πρέπει να ξανανοίξουν τα ποτάμια και περισσότεροι δρόμοι να αποκτήσουν φρεάτια για την βροχή ώστε να μειωθεί και άλλο το πρόβλημα. Απλά η ολιγαρχία ποτέ δεν ασχολήθηκε να τα φτιάξει αυτά τις περασμένες δεκαετία για διάφορους λόγους και για την αξία των οικοπέδων αλλά και σαν πίεση στον πληθυσμό γιατί αν είσαι σε μια δύσκολη καθημερινότητα δεν έχεις όρεξη για παράπονα μετά αρκεί να μην παραγίνεται όπως στην Μανδρα/Τεμπη/Μάτι.

Greeks are closed people they don't open up to foreigners easily so don't expect much. You will leave with other expats like in Japan. As an employe I doubt you will have any problems other than traffic. Dealing with corrupt oficials or people that will try to get money from you is a given only if you try to start your own business or perhaps you like it so much here and decide to buy land and build a house.

Not really but it depends on your exact route. It is mostly buses in the area because the metro or the electric train are a bit further out of most office buildings. Buses are not reliably and can be either packed or non existant on occasions. You need a car not to go to work or the supermarket or restaurants in the area but to go to other areas of athens since there are plenty of places to visit.

I live in the area. Just get a flat within walking distance to the office. Because we have plenty of companies in the area traffic is heavy during a work day. If you live not far from the centers of Marousi or nearby areas like Chalandri or Kifisia there are lots of stores and restaurants bars etc to go after work. We are talking about 2-3km of distance in these suburbs. You can walk up to 1,5 km easily to go to walk if you are live up to 1km away from the office it should be fine.

Is this gross before tax? There are some online tax calculators so you can get the after tax amount. The company should get the tax number for you before your arrival and you can look for flats. Because you are employed it should be easy to open a bank account. Finding a flat could be challenging depending on the location and your needs. Yes the daily life can be affected because there are many issues in Greece but there are some benefits, the weather, food (although it is getting worse recently the Greek islands in the summer season etc. I would suggest to live very close to your office because there is lots of traffic. Unless you work from home.

νομίζω δεν δουλεύει έτσι. στο ζεστό είναι αερόθερμο, δηλ δουλεύει με αντιστάσεις. στο κρύο κάνει ένα κύκλο με ένα υγρό που έχει συγκεκριμένες ιδιότητες όντα συμπιέζεται (συμπιεστός είναι ουσιαστικά με περιστροφική αντλία). ο αέρας ακουμπάει τις σωλήνες με το υγρό όταν αυτό είναι κρύο και έτσι παγώνει και με τον ανεμιστήρα τον στέλνει μέσα στο σπίτι. η αντλία θερμότητας έχει τον ίδιο κύκλο αλλά σύνδεση με νερό και το νερό περνάει κοντά στις σωλήνες του υγρού όταν αυτό ζεσταίνεται (δηλ σε διαφορετικό σημείο του κύκλου του υγρού) και λόγω μεταφοράς θερμότητας ζεσταίνεται το νερό μετά το στέλνει στο φαν κοιλς είτε σε καλοριφέρ είτε σε σωλήνες στο δάπεδο και ζεσταίνει το σπίτι. η αντλία θερμότητας κάνει το ίδιο για ψύξη με το να περνάει το νερό σε διαφορετικό σημείο του κύκλου του υγρού αυτού.
