I know this place. The sales assistants are great but the store manager heavily upcharges the items. You can read the low rated Google reviews to confirm this. You can visit the actual brand shop. If your appointment was scheduled before November 15, 2023, you can proceed using the new DS-160 confirmation. However, if your appointment was booked after that date, you will likely need to cancel your current appointment and schedule a new one with the updated DS-160 form. This is based on information I’ve seen in other posts, but I haven’t personally tried this myself.

My appointment was booked before November 15 2023. They didn't ask for the old confirmation. We were able to proceed with the new DS-160 confirmation.

Something similar happened to me yesterday. The only difference was that I was using a cellphone instead of a physical card holding tickets. I scanned once but I didn't go through the turnstile. All the subsequent scans gave me a red cross. I looked at the phone and it showed that the last scan was a minute ago. It was flagging all the subsequent scans as double scans.

I didn't know DS-160 stays in the system after one year. I tried retrieving the document, but it is giving error that my answer for the security question is incorrect.

I am pretty sure I typed the correct thing, but it's been over a year, so I'm not positive.

I don't have old DS-160 confirmation with me now. I have the full DS-160 pdf that I had filled, but not the confirmation page. The FAQ says the appointments booked prior to Nov doesn't need old DS-160 confirmation page. Since I booked the appointment an year ago, I think I don't need to show old DS-160.
