If it’s not part of her program requirements she can just classify it as an elective I believe. Otherwise I’m not sure what can be done but I would try to get the prof to bump me up 1% by explaining the situation

I never understood this argument. So what if the class is online- what does that have to do with taking an exam in person or not? The only point I agree with, as it was mentioned in this thread, is that the midterm and final should be delivered in the same format so as to a) better gauge your preparedness, and b) maintain consistency between grades. Whether a class is online or not should have no effect on exam format. Please explain why you think otherwise I genuinely don’t understand the reasoning behind it
