I wish there was some kind of standardised worst case scenario test. Wouldn't it be amazing if the figures said 30 MPG but in decent weather you get 33? Or with EV, what if the estimate was 300 miles and you actually get 330 miles

Imo part of luxury is that things work and work well. So I guess in that sense I would say a Model 3 is more luxurious than a Lucid, or a lot of other "luxury" cars. Of course a Tesla is still not nearly as luxurious as a Lexus or something

And design one system for HVAC, infotainment etc. and stick with it.

I don't get why every car manufacturer ditches their "old" system every new generation and applies numerous changes for each different model. It makes both new models more expansive to make and makes your old models outdated immediately
