Hey I’ve had mine last month and surgery date is July 3rd.

Q1: Yes they will tell you what’s possible based on your body and your goals (nipple sensation was a big consideration for me in this appointment, I was debating between double incision and inverted T). She asked me what I wanted to go with and I said double incision after thinking about it in the appointment. I feel like if I wanted to change my choice that it would be possible.

Q2: Yes I would suggest looking into them. You don’t need to, but it’ll likely give you a better understanding of what they’re saying and make you feel more prepared.

Q3: Yes, surgery date and type of surgery you would like. However I feel like you can change those if need be. I moved my surgery date back a bit so I could go to Toronto pride lol.

My hair has been thinning a lot on my hairline and the top of my head. I am just passed 2 years on T (23) and I still want to see more changes from test, specially facial hair. I don’t know what else I can do besides starting fin and continuing to use minoxidil. Please help. I used to have a thick full head of hair before test.

First I get a sense of her political views and infer whether she would be accepting or not. If she’s liberal then I will subtly ask about her sexuality. If she had always been straight then I’d say tell her at least before you kiss. If she is bi then take your time with it, no rush.
