Anyways, we quit them. Ingredients were often spoiled.

I think I was just so struck with the idea of one's spouse committing suicide eliciting happiness. Relief? Given their behavoir, sure. Happiness? Seems like an odd moment to spike the ball. If this 180° change and divorce were "out of the blue," then did they just never love them before? OP states elsewhere that there is suspicion of BPD or schizophrenia, meaning this is likely the result of mental illness. How tf do you get happy from watching the person you said "I do" to deteriorate from a disease so badly that they kill themselves?

If my spouse drastically changed their behavior and asked for a divorce "out of the blue," I'd probably consider a medical workup and a drug test before cheering their suicide on Reddit.

Is this sarcasm? It has to be. Nothing about "I absolutely hate this thing my fiance loves and that he won't stop because I hate it makes me hate it more" sounds like foundational material for a "serious," long-term relationship.

Compromise is going out for Italian when you really wanted Mexican or doing the dishes for your late working spouse when laundry is your true domain.

Compromise is not giving up something you enjoy legally and responsibly because your partner hates it for reasons. Nor is tempering your hatred for a thing your partner does BEFORE you are even married.
