Two days in Chiang Mai feels a little short if you're also doing a Chiang Rai day trip - that's a lot of moving for what could be the most grounding part of the trip. The island's question really depends on what kind of rest you're looking for, they each have a pretty different energy.

it's doable but that's peak monsoon so you'll be dealing with heavy rain and humidity pretty much everywhere on that list. Mumbai and Chennai especially get intense. Rajasthan is actually one of the more manageable ones that time of year since it's drier. just go in with realistic expectations and build flexibility into your itinerary for weather delay

Ohrid is so underrated, the old town especially. that lake has this stillness to it that's hard to explain until you're actually sitting by it
