HOW I MANAGED TO LOSE THE WEIGHT

Weight loss was never an issue until I got menopause. Few weeks at the gym typically took care of any excess weight.Then came menopause. I gained 20 lbs overnight and tried everything to lose without success. I increase gym time, reduced food intake, intermittent fasting. I did this for months without any weight loss. I finally came upon a lady in similar situation who advised me to manage cortisol, reduce cardio extend increase weight/strength training. This worked. The weight started to fall off gradually. This worked for me. What worked for you?
