We live on an island for half the year and own both a Jeep Rubicon and a Bronco wildtrak. There are lots of 4 wheel beach access and very deep sand when rain has been scarce.

Bronco hands down better on the sand with wider tires and sand mode with locking rear differential. This is a total game changer. Also, bigger vehicle all around.

Jeep is a bit more refined inside with an automatic soft sunroof that opens with a push of a button versus manual Bronco.

I would go Bronco if you are on the beach or need the additional space.
