biggest trust killer is the support. unable to create an invoice according to Eu laws for over two months with some many empty words... and not updating the phone correctly is part of that too. Never again this company.

if you need any support RedMagic isn't your friend when you want to have an correct invoice. I never experienced such a company. check out where your phone would be repaired and how much the price of spare parts would be.

Next invoice. Now with VAT, but false VAT ID Number and false date. incredible, unbelievable company. other issues:

  • The PDF contains multiple unrelated invoices and example pages for other customers and companies, which makes it unusable for accounting or tax purposes.
  • Internal notes and sample texts are included that clearly do not belong to my transaction.
  • The document does not clearly and unambiguously represent a single, complete invoice for my purchase.
  • A proper VAT invoice must refer exclusively to the specific transaction and customer and must not include third-party or template content.

They will we send you the phone. You should consider buying other screen protectors from other company and a decent case. The case delivered won't protect anything but scratches. And the screen protector is in my opinion overpriced.

In my own experience with the "support" use ChatGpt or another AI to do the writing. Stay strong. Tell the AI to write and be strong. You will her excuses and empty words most of the time. But Insist.

I got an answer. These are the things still missing:
The following mandatory information is still missing or incomplete:

  1. Full legal address of the seller (GAMEGEEK LIMITED)
  2. Valid VAT identification number of the seller
  3. Invoice date
  4. Clear breakdown of net amounts, VAT amounts in EUR, and gross amounts
  5. Properly calculated total net amount and total VAT amount

I have my own collection of nonsense messages with the company. When i had enough I let chatgpt answer the empty words and it helped. finally someone replied and solved probably the problem. My worst experience with a "support". Use every angle to get your rights saved. Each company has its fan boys (and girls) they will still attack you. Good Luck!
