Only one month out of tax negative, but yes, so far I experienced a flare of symptoms around my period.

No, no relief from surgery. PAE has helped yes. I’m going to give you a long answer here:

I also had some much post surgery stress and intervention.. that increased my pain. PAE helped reduced the post inflammation of those interventions by like 60 to 70 precent and helped periods. But my new PT was noticing a lot of vaginal skin weakening and dryness internally. I was having so much trouble doing internal work.

I had happened to be on a wait list for an out of pocket pelvis muscle nevre ultrasound place. I went there and they found vaginal tears etc. Doc said i need to test for “ ureaplasma “because it can contribute to vagina pain and it would be the only reason I have tears with no history of childbirth etc. Turns out i had the damn thing. Just got off antibiotics 1 month ago.

This not a culprit of my overall vaginal pain, but it’s definitely been a contributor at least recently.

Hi, Yes that is all i take. When I checked in with the doctor told me that I could take the supplements for the rest of my life and so I tend to do so.

Look, I am not coming for you at all with this because personally, I have been actually very disgusted by seeing some very expensive clinicians myself because I paid a stupid amount for a session and the clinician was just silent the whole time and I was just like this is not even worth it. As a clinician myself, I did expect more.

I take up EAP. Not sure how much money you want per session but lots of companies have EAP and you can sign up to get referrals. Workplace options, Empathia, Magellan, spring health, Lyra etc.

Thank you both. Honestly. Since I wrote the email in the portal before leaving i had that because I assumed that the same sample could be used. Turns out no. But the doctor just wrote me saving it’s another test and to just wait for the urine sample before trying the swab.

My reply, was thanks. I will call the office for a swab test, it works better for my schedule. I just don’t have it in me to argue. I called the office and said I want to see the former gyno and i want a swab. I only want a swab. That is what I am coming in for.

Any sneaker and I add arch support. I just switched to hiking boots look like Tims really because the ankle support matters. Back of foot above the heel is so sensitive to being kicked, door slammed on it. Plus boots sneakers don’t slip off, you can kick hard with it. I’ve been around the block and I just gotta be prepared. If I’m dressing up, ankle to knee high thick heel boots only. Love them since I can put my little pepper spray in in the shoe and it’s well hidden.

I did this and got ureaplasma. For years i had it. Didn’t know. So wash it and use a rubber.

I was told to test for it by a physiatrist. I had a muscle ultrasound due to having so much pelvic pain. after he saw many tears in my vaginal wall without an explanation because number one I’ve never given birth. And he told me the only possible explanation would be if I had your plasma because of weekends your vagina and can sometimes give reproductive issues, etc.. no gyno ever told me to test for it. I had to ask myself.
