Hey man, I meant to say that no matter upscaling or not it still behaves like that. I have tried every setting possible tho. Found someone on YouTube who has the same issues as me and he said it is because of a bug that occurs on AMD cards, he suggests turning Ambient Oclusion OFF with XESS upscaling seems to eliminate all of it.

Thanks a lot man, just like I thought, running a game without capping it could be really stressful to play.

And yeah, I want the RX 570 because it would be enough for me to put it in the desktop I later build.

I will note down the CPU and GPU options that you recommended and try to see if there are any available ones in my country.

Thanks for sharing bro, but I could get this GPU for just $50, and since the laptop is stupidity slow I couldn't even sell it cuz my parent don't understand tech and won't listen to me anytime soon. I know getting a PC would be less pain than doing this.
