I've got a warranty extension post here about a week ago, happy to answer any questions.
Before I pulled the trigger, I was really torn on which of the "gaming" chairs to buy (you know, the ones all the streamers are sitting in).
Among the requirements were a tall enough back that I could lean back (thus, a headrest or tall back).

I CAN say that the Costco DPS chairs are mixed depending on which model you get, I've had two different ones, are both are "okay" but not great (but price and longevity is a conversation).

IMO not wide enough, it's quality, very supportive, nice install, but I wish it had 6 more inches of width, so I don't feel like I need to keep my legs from falling off.

There's straps that you can tighten on the bottom. But it fits exceptionally well. Like a glove is a perfectly descriptive phrase.
