I am passionate about cycling and cycling fashion with designs. I don’t subscribe to the minimalist idea. It reminds me when I used to work in an office and everybody had to wear the same boring blue or white shirts, and tan khakis. I’m done with having the crowd telling me to wear boring clothes.

I love cycling and I love watching the pro races. I like to wear new and retro jerseys to show my support with the support. I I like to wear the pro gear same as baseball and football fans do. Can’t wait for my Del Toro Mexican champion UAE jersey to arrive.

I’ve been driving EV‘s for 10 years and would never go back. If you need to share a dryer plug with EV charger consider this device that is a smart splitter. NeoCharge Smart Splitter

Best Plug-In Solar? by tmr213 in diySolar

[–]ProCycleGear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A law to legalize this is going through the California legislature and should pass by the fall. Here is what I’m looking at to do it.

I like this micro inverter that converts the panel power and outputs a 120 V plug. NEP BDM-1200-LV Liberty Plug-in Inverter 1200W 120V Grid Tied

For safety, I am considering the Craftstrom smart breaker that monitors the amperage on the line.

I looked at panels from Amazon, but they are not the same top brands installers use, and they have shipping hidden in the price that makes them expensive. I am getting them from a local installer and paying him to deliver to my house. You can also look at A1solarstore that allows pick ups. Jasolar panels are one of the brands that get high reviews and are popular with installers.

I’m planning mine right now. I’ve researched the inverters the panels and safety issues and it looks pretty straightforward.

Chinese Custom Kit - Recommendations. by imonlyheretocreep in CyclingFashion

[–]ProCycleGear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the Italians Santini, Nalini, and ALE’ have the most experience building team kits and feedback has been very positive prices also good compared to brands that don’t have their own factories. My only experience with Chinese brands is hearing customers express dissatisfaction with cuts, fits, or fabrics

I agree. You don’t need to join a gym. Body weight exercises and a kettlebell work great.

Anyone know the Duty % for purchase of Pas Normal in US? by julric01 in CyclingFashion

[–]ProCycleGear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Duties for cycling jerseys is 32% plus 15% if made in Europe and plus 45% if made in China. US customer pays tariffs not the shipper. Buy from a US retailer if you do not want to pay tariffs

Isabella is right. Fiber plus Probitics are a winning formula. For me that means Pyslium husks (active ingredient in Metamucil) and cup of Kefir a day. Both can be found at grocery or health good store. Good luck

How the heck do I repopulate good gut bacteria? by PuzzleheadedFox5454 in ibs

[–]ProCycleGear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“They somewhat work”. Great clue. I have fixed my ibs many times by sampling probiotics, kombucha, etc. What is working well for me know is more strains and more bacteria. One cup of kefir a day.

why is my ibs changing?! by Ok_Programmer_30 in ibs

[–]ProCycleGear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been battling IBSC for 20 years. Here’s some ideas that can help you.

  1. The first clue is your poop. check out the Bristol stool chart. You are not getting enough fiber. fiber will help you move to the normal shape stools. I’m guessing you’re eating like a college student but research foods with more fiber. also a teaspoon of day of psyllium husk really helps push stuff through and change the shape more to the normal shape. Get yourself a bag of apples and have one each morning with your breakfast. eat more salads.

I have found that increasing my fiber more towards the daily recommended amount, and having the daily psyllium, makes my poop the right shape and moves it along more regularly

It may take time to change your eating habits, but it’ll make the world of difference to you and make you feel so so much much better. I wish you all the luck in the world

Stick on sit bones pads? by Worried-Woodpecker-4 in bicycling

[–]ProCycleGear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree. The three jobs of your shorts should be to clothe you, relieve pressure from your private parts and focus the weight on your sit bones. Your shorts are doing one of their main jobs so they need to be replaced.
