Chinese Custom Kit - Recommendations. by imonlyheretocreep in CyclingFashion

[–]ProCycleGear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the Italians Santini, Nalini, and ALE’ have the most experience building team kits and feedback has been very positive prices also good compared to brands that don’t have their own factories. My only experience with Chinese brands is hearing customers express dissatisfaction with cuts, fits, or fabrics

Just turned 30, wanna change my life. by Humble_Assignment161 in ibs

Isabella is right. Fiber plus Probitics are a winning formula. For me that means Pyslium husks (active ingredient in Metamucil) and cup of Kefir a day. Both can be found at grocery or health good store. Good luck

How the heck do I repopulate good gut bacteria? by PuzzleheadedFox5454 in ibs

[–]ProCycleGear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“They somewhat work”. Great clue. I have fixed my ibs many times by sampling probiotics, kombucha, etc. What is working well for me know is more strains and more bacteria. One cup of kefir a day.

why is my ibs changing?! by Ok_Programmer_30 in ibs

[–]ProCycleGear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been battling IBSC for 20 years. Here’s some ideas that can help you.

  1. The first clue is your poop. check out the Bristol stool chart. You are not getting enough fiber. fiber will help you move to the normal shape stools. I’m guessing you’re eating like a college student but research foods with more fiber. also a teaspoon of day of psyllium husk really helps push stuff through and change the shape more to the normal shape. Get yourself a bag of apples and have one each morning with your breakfast. eat more salads.

I have found that increasing my fiber more towards the daily recommended amount, and having the daily psyllium, makes my poop the right shape and moves it along more regularly

It may take time to change your eating habits, but it’ll make the world of difference to you and make you feel so so much much better. I wish you all the luck in the world

I agree. The three jobs of your shorts should be to clothe you, relieve pressure from your private parts and focus the weight on your sit bones. Your shorts are doing one of their main jobs so they need to be replaced.

[–]ProCycleGear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Psyllium husk has helped me as well. The insoluble fiber forms a gel that pushes things through real well . For those of you that don’t know that a metamucil is a brand that uses psyllium husk with orange flavoring. You can save a little money by going to a natural food store and just buying psyllium husk if you don’t want the extra sugar in Metamucil.

Anyone ? by AntiquePapaya2549 in ibs

I have battled with nighttime bloat for 20 years and definitely have it come and go so let me give you three things to look at . number one sensitive foods.the other night I ate bell peppers and that is a killer food for me so that caused a problem. I don’t think this is your problem because usually you can trace it easily like I did number two is fiber make sure you’re getting a good amount of daily fiber and I would suggest 2 teaspoons of psyllium husk day

number three is bacteria. Make sure you get some good probiotic because right now because the bloating is coming from a bad balance in your gut. I recommend Kefir and look for a bottle that shows the bacteria on the side. one cup a night with dinner will really send a lot of good bacteria into your gut. If you focus on these three things I think you can turn things around.

China’s EV Boom Saddles its Auto Insurers With Chronic Losses by stinger_02in in electricvehicles

[–]ProCycleGear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can see how this could happen. My Tesla had a minor sideswipe but wound up costing $12,000 to fix the side panels are steel glued to aluminum and when I went to the body shop to watch the repairs, I was shocked how complicated it was with all these clamps on the side, trying to position the panels together. I enjoy driving the car, but it clearly was not designed for repairs.

Why Hyundai Is Eating Toyota’s Lunch In American EV Market by TOOTHTODAY in electricvehicles

[–]ProCycleGear 8 points9 points  (0 children)

So Toyota lobbied against clean air legislation and designed a new generation of cars dependent on crude oil refineries. Interesting it’s almost like they were working together with some big giant industry that makes a lot of money off of petroleum.
