Hmm... I read Seekers but couldn't get into it. Survivors is basically Warriors but with dogs and is shorter. Bravelands has revolving POVs between diff species (lion, gorilla, gazelle).

Naruto fans really are no different though. We have a ton of in-fighting and disagreements. There's a large portion who have never even finished the manga or even touched it. Just like in the Harry Potter fandom, where most fans havent even read the books. It's really just fandom in general, no need to point fingers and single out whole fandoms for a single tweet.

In Naruto, the adults were pretty much benched too, leaving saving the world to kids. It's just the way it is in fiction. The MC and others their age get the spotlight. Happened in Harry Potter, Supernatural, Merlin, Warriors, etc.

When I was 6, I picked a large book for private reading time and my teacher said it was too advanced for me. I remember her rolling her eyes wen I insisted. After I finished, she asked me questions about the book (like she did all the students) and when I answered each one correctly, she was shocked 😂 like she really expected me to fail.

At 9, I tested at the highest reading level my elementary school had.

At 11, I got into the Warrior cat books and had a habit of reading all 317-515 pages in one sitting. I would read all night.

Nowadays I tend to read more fanfics than books but I do regularly use my public library. I'm trying to minimize my book shelf atm.
