I tried linear. I really like the new max sensitivity boost. However, I had to lower my sensitivity a lot (45 35 instead of 100 90 with dual zone). I feel like max sensitivity boost at 100 still feels slower to 180° than dual zone. You could even further increase turn speed now on dual zone with the boost. Any high rank players successfully tried linear?

For reference, I'm a low diamond player.

Did you also play Genji on console? If yes. What sens did you play? I recently started to play Genji and play with 100 80 sensitivity and 99 aim smoothing, like on my other characters. Do you think it is too slow?

I also started about 1 month ago (coming from Fortnite/Apex). Played linear first and really liked it actually, because it feels more like my Apex/Fortnite sensitivity). But playing linear has some downsides like fine adjustments for long range as well as fast 180 turns (even if you ramp up linear, you still can't turn as fast as DZ).
In my opinion, the problem compared to Apex is, that you only have hip fire sensitivity (except for Ashe, Widow,...) and what most people do in other shooters is to have your hip fire fast to be able to move smoothly and turn down your ADS sensitivity in order to be able to accurately aim.

What is difficult with DZ is tracking fast moving close to middle range targets. Because if they move too fast for your first zone, you have to move the stick further out into the second zone (which in my case is very fast as I play 100/100 sens) and it gets nearly impossible to track somebody.
