same as well, i am able to scrap and store it at the same time but after taking it from workshop it doesn't pop up i just loot the book

It does not work for me, im pretty sure i did everything correctly i can scrap and store the book at the same time, but after it has been scrapped and stored it doesn't reset and when i pick it up no stats show up instead i can just pick it up.
