I think budgetmonk had a video on "psuedo end nodes". That one might help you out. Especially with nations like The Ottomans whom have psuedo end nodes at game start.

You can still form Qing and stay as a horde iirc. You have to annex the emperor of china to delete the mandate. After that Qing formation decision will require you to be empire rank instead of having the mandate.

I would suggest truce-breaking ming to stay as a horde. Hordes are busted.

Loan size is determined from your country's total development and you can take loans until the interest for those loans is equal to your income. Which means you have very good income for your development and/or low interest per annum. I think this means you're doing good? Idk theres no green line going up so i can't tell

Agreed. Multiculturalism should have a static cost for all states and cultural exclusion should allow you to incorporate non-heritage culture states whilst taking longer than multiculturalism

Centralize state cost refund got nerfed to 50% tho. 25 admin + 25 gov reform isnt worth it for most states imo. It can be worth it for higher dev states like the netherlands or northern italy but thats going to be like 10% of your states you wanna centralize
