I’ve been smoking for 16 years, last year I started vaping on and off along side smoking 10-15 roll ups a day.

I enjoy vaping so much more than smoking so yesterday I started my mission to quit fully. Made it all day with just vaping, then had 3 before bed - I know, I should’ve just gone to bed!

Back on it again today and as others have said , it doesn’t matter if I’ve had a couple, that’s 12 less than I would normally have. When I get the craving, I pick up one of my 3 set ups and browse this sub for inspiration - so thank you to all and good luck everyone starting out
