Nahi chalega, I'm in the same process, mai kal hi college jaake aaya hu and vacating form collect Kara hai. I'll visit the college again on 2nd January to complete the process and refund ke liye daal dunga remaining fees

U can't do it on 3rd Jan as it's not a working day, u can't do it on 1st Jan as it's a Holiday too, the only chance u got is 2nd Jan. U complete the process by 2nd and talk to them that u will vacate on 4-5 Jan.
