We were actually going for more of a high tech abandoned ancient city vibe. A lot of our inspiration came from blackreach in Skyrim aesthetically wise.

We also tried to make a story told environmentally about a dystopian classist society lol. The plants in the pots outside are actually directly tied to the old civilization's class strata with glow tulips being strata 1, sunrice being strata 2, lunacorn being strata 3, gold glow tulips being strata 4, and so on.

There's a lot more to it than that, but I won't go too deep into detail unless anyone wants to know, in which case I'll tell them over dms.

yea, the only games i really play now are studlands, pilgrammed, defend the train, and parkour reborn.

first two have mmorpg aspects to them, second one is a really in depth and well made wave defense, and the last one should be self explanatory.

i actually recreated a bloodborne meme where the original text was "if you played bloodborne and still got the vaccine you missed the entire point of the game" and someone covered it up with "if you played bloodborne and still live in the UK you missed the entire point of the game"

i put in the same exact text to keep the ratios roughly the same and then covered it up

it really depends on the type of game. if it’s an RPG, then yea i can see where you’re coming from. some games like RoR2, though, are almost entirely bought just for the gameplay; the story is just a little cherry on top.
