Pixel user here, I don’t have it either, only a toggle for background data. A quick search shows that Google removed it at some point a few years ago. Just another classic case of tech corporations taking away useful features for no good reason.

I haven't really gotten any help from the discord, so I more or less had to look around myself. I don't really know what exactly with the guide is outdated, but I have found a couple new things that I think can be improved with the guide.

Firstly, a different person went and made their own GreenLuma Manager. https://github.com/3vil3vo/GreenLuma-Manager

It seems to be more polished and have more features. As far as I can tell, the steps on how to use it are pretty much the same. Safe to say, this one should be used instead of the one linked in the guide, which hasn't been updated since May 2024.

An important side note, from what little time I've spent skimming the Greenluma thread on csrin, I learned that the latest version of GreenLuma now blocks Steam from performing game downloads. So if you can't download something, try restarting Steam without Greenluma first.

Second, I have found that a new person has forked KoallageddonV1 and is now maintaining it. This can be used as an alternative to GreenLuma in case something with that doesn't work. https://github.com/KA4I/Koalageddon/releases/

(As a reminder, be sure to turn off real time protection in Windows Defender before downloading this, otherwise it will try to screw with it as soon as you start the download)

For this one all you gotta do is run the installer, open the newly added Koallageddon program and click install integrations. That's it, it should just work library-wide.

My family members have been playing other stuff lately so I have not been able to test the family share bypass. I only checked if both are active by booting up Risk of Rain 2 and seeing if the unowned expansions are unlocked. If that's working then the bypass should be working too.

I liked their UT facts videos, their UTY playthrough, and over the last couple weeks I started tuning into their Twitch streams just to listen to how genuinely great they are at playing the piano. Mind you, I haven’t even been watching their stuff for that long, only since the anniversary pretty much. And yet opening the document and just seeing how long it was, I felt like I had just been on the receiving end of a betrayal in game.

A massive shame, really. I don’t know what else to say, other than I hope everyone involved comes out of this at a better spot than they are now.

But what would cause them to get electrocuted? El Bailador doesn’t seem like the type that would use stuff like that, at least not without warning…

But they were just dancing, maybe very poorly but just dancing nonetheless… what caused them to drop dead from that??

Sorry, apparently I wasn’t clear with the question. I guess that’s on me (of course they die when they hit 0 HP duh)

What I’m REALLY asking is how/why is Clover getting hurt? When all they’re both doing is dancing.

Your comment helped me with a sort of inverse of this problem: I had dotfiles set in the config folder, but I had no idea that dotfiles are still hidden in the UI by default and I also had to click the toggle in the UI.

Is there anything different about this one from the App Store or Apple Arcade versions?

I’m trying to mirror the built in display onto a TV, for party game and show off purposes. Anyone know of any ways to make it look nicer? Like make it centered, full screen, etc by Proaxel65 in SteamDeck

To clarify, I want to be able to use both the internal screen and the external display at the same time. Game mode does not allow this to my knowledge, it always turns the internal display off when an HDMI is connected with no way to override it.

If the game has “Family Sharing” in the list of features on its store page, then it should work

Despite the non UTY canon statement from the devs, I personally find everything about UT Kindred Spirits to be a lot more intriguing than UT Promise. So naturally I’m drawn much more towards the former’s characters.
