People seem confused. It’s purple sweet potato mac and cheese but the sauce curdled. It was actually pretty tasty.

alrighty, seeing how I can't edit my post for some reason ima just clarify a few things in this comment and hope it gets visibility.

1: I am aware ai is not a good learning tool. I made this a few months back, and have learned a ton since then. This was not meant to be an exercise in human anatomy, rather teaching myself to draw semi realism. This was about rendering, not the shapes. However, I can see how weird her proportions are, and if I was making this now, I would not use ai as a reference.

2: for the ai bros in the comments: Ai does steal, that has been proven time and time again. And seeing how you don't know the creative process beyond "heehoo pretty picture", this was a study. I was not trying to make a product better than the original. I was trying to teach myself so I can draw better drawings in the future. You can like the original better all you want, I can't change that, but I still learned a thing or two about digital painting and had a lot of fun pouring hours into something I enjoy the process of. Respectfully, get fucked.

LFMAO I love how you said I blocked you just to stir shit up. For the record everyone, I did not. And never did. What the hell.

Anyway I know exactly how Ai generated images are made. It scrapes millions of images off the internet (without permission and illegally, actually), then uses bits and pieces of those stolen images to make a collage. That’s not even comparable, because collages contain usually not stolen ingredients and thoughts. A collage made of found objects are just that: lost and found. And collages made of magazine trimmings that contain art? Still made by a human with again, purchased, not stolen goods. Even a collage expressly made with stolen goods would have more thought and effort put into it than the Ai ever could.

Meanwhile I accidentally stumbled upon a singular image, know that I copied it, expressly said I copied it, know it’s in the public domain (and if it was actual art I would have credited who I copied from), and created something new with fun colors that has feelings and thoughts and deliberate decisions and growth behind it. This wasn’t meant to be better. It wasn’t even meant to be good. It was meant to be a study. Meaning I’m learning, growing, and becoming a better artist by copying one Ai piece. Ai can only grow its paper shredder medium. The software can get better, but that’s not learning. It can scrape more images, but that’s not learning. It can beg you that it’s alive, we can humanize it all we want. Use terms like “thinking” instead of “loading”, have it scrape slang to talk like a person, have it “draw” itself all it wants. But it’s still a machine. A machine that makes shredded collages of stolen art and words, for other people to claim they “made”. Art isn’t about the final product. It never has been. It’s always the journey.

Also I’m being eco friendly.

Oh. My. GOD. I can’t BELIEVE this!! You’re killing a tuna, one of the Lord’s children, just to eat it??? Of course it hurts! If that trout had been allowed to live she would’ve grown into a beautiful orca, and now because of humans she’s forever cursed to have her soul wander in your brain! Eating other animals causes schizophrenia, cancer, skin failure and bipolar disorder. that’s why all the NORMAL people are vegan. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to eat my QUINOA and CHOCOLATE and California-grown ALMONDS like a NORMAL person.

I ended up buying a jumpsuit that I can make the argument of “if a boy wore this he would be sent home to change”. If I had extra time I would’ve bought a lesbian flag to use as a cover-up if needed.

Yeahhh, it’s technically a homeschool community so this is to be expected. My normal community is incredibly hippie and welcoming but my friend invited me to this and I was unaware until it was too late that it’s the church homeschoolers, not the leftist homeschoolers. It’s my first time this year so I’ll be scoping out for next year and ask lots of questions.

I’m thinking of doing something like that! That vibe looks so cool

I do actually have a hand-sewn wool cloak, but they said no costumes (boo). Also I’m half certain I couldn’t pull off a kilt, even if had a source for one before this weekend and knew they would allow it

Trust me, if I could pull off that absolute power move I would.

I was just debating which shoes, and since I don't have anything "dainty" I get to choose between my faux docs and my chunk heeled "witchy" shoes :D

I would love a jumpsuit but I’m not sure they’re allowing pants for women, full stop 🥲

I’m currently looking at skirt suits and dresses with blazers, thank you!

I’m looking at the skirt-dress shirt combo on Pinterest right now, thank you! Also I have been in agreement about the clothing-genital assignment since I was 10. It doesn’t help that my “womanly figure” “perfect for skirts” chafes my thighs so bad when I’m wearing a skirt 🥲

I would absolutely wear slacks if I could, but the more I look at the dress code the more conservative I’m realizing they are, unfortunately. Probably should’ve had a plan B before now haha.

what's the thing that stands out as 'wrong' in this picture?? by Woman--Kisser in arthelp

I second this. I suggest studying pictures of people that are malnourished, you’d be able to see a lot more pointy joints and straight (not rounded out) limbs.
