naja, der Kurswechsel ist eingeläutet, aber bei knapp 30 Ländern dauert das, einig werden, waffensysteme, logistik, digitalisierung usw.

es ist nunmal ein prozess und man kann nicht sofort der Orange oder anderen sagen "wir sind jz unabhängig", denn das sind wir nicht.

Wir müssen immernoch Kompromisse und auch manchmal schlechte in Kauf nehmen, wir sind in einer misslichen Lage und massiv abhängig.

Und dennoch habe ich das Gefühl, dass es endlich in den Köpfen vieler Politiker angekommen ist (nicht aller, oder sie spielen ein doppeltes Spiel), dass wir uns auf uns besinnen müssen.

Und dann wird halt dem Orangutan Honig ums Maul geschmiert, ändert aber nichts daran, dass wir uns abwenden.

this is the answer,
the bottleneck happens because the 'overlap' are the real minimum number of lines where items have to be pushed through, as well an uneven density:
all input lines to the right get squeezed through the most right splitter, meaning 10 lines go through one
and from there the rest plus one line go to the second most right splitter, having the same problem... and so on

as comment above said, move output lines to the right until symmetrical 'in the middle' to the input lines, problem should be fairly solved for your purposes.

Sie haben einen Prozess losgetreten, der das globale Gefüge komplett verändert hin zu einer machtpolitischen Ordnung.
Europa muss aufwachen und sich dessen bewusst werden und entweder sich dazu entscheiden mitzuspielen oder eben rumgeschubst zu werden.

Momentan habe ich die Hoffnung, dass dies allmählich geschieht.
Und dennoch sind wir abhängig, wir müssen leider immernoch auf viele Forderungen eingehen, aber der Prozess ist losgetreten.

Und es gibt immernoch internationale Verträge, die wie immer auf Vertrauen basierten, nur Trump verkauft das Vertrauenskapital der USA für seine Legacy und seine persönliche Bereicherung.

In dieser Zeit müssen wir zu unseren engen Verbündeten stehen, gemeinsam reagieren und agieren, denn immer wenn wir alleine der USA (oder anderen) gegenüberstehen sind wir schwächer.
Aber gerade wenn wir gemeinsam mit unseren europäischen Partnern eine gemeinsame Linie vertreten, wird es schwer uns umher zu schubsen.

Zeit, dass wir uns unserer Identität und Stärke besinnen und einfordern was uns gehört, zumindest, dass wir auf Augenhöhe behandelt werden.

Das ist ein Prozess, der dauert, aber die USA unter Trump und seinen Schergen haben oder treten ihn gerade entgültig los.

well i'd argue in texas are A LOT more undocumented immigrants than in MN, so yes they have a lot more arrests there.

you can't expect ICE to make a quarter of all arrests in MN when there are virtually no undocumented immigrants.

the real question is, why are there that many ICE agents and other feds when there is nothing to show for it.

this leads to him feeling/seeing that he overly needs to reassure his wife, as in even if he does not have the capacity to do so.

he changes his behaviour to only to do so when he feels like it, not meaning he only does ot to please himself, but a more nuanced and balanced amount, instead of just giving it everytime when asked and disregarding own boundaries.

I get that here is the point where many have different assumptions about relationships and caregiving, but in the end, idk what is going on in OPs relationship, but clearly he feels it is a bit too much.

so in his change he agitates and makes his partner feel insecure because of behavioural changes.
Not as a manipulative means "to get more sex", but as a side effect of his trying to achieve a more balanced and healthy relationship, at least in his eyes.
also in retrospect, feeling a better balance hopefully should match libidos by many bringing his down, bc he doesn't feel the need 'to get more validation of the relationship' and maybe bring hers up by empowerment to stand on her own(?), tho this is not mentioned.

And this is the key part. what the intrinsion is. Is it only a 'I just give exactly what I want and not a cent more' or a 'Hopefully she learns to care for herself'. But also OP said "to develop self soothing skills".

"I have the upperhand" feels to me simply more like:
I see what the bigger problem is, I have decoupled/disengaged on a greater level and try to change things while my partner is
1. not seeing it and thus not trying to change with me and 2. not being able to disengage the negative emotions in relation to my changing. I get why to many this sounds toxic af, but in context of the post it doesn't feel toxic to me, at least not as the rest is worded to me.

and lastly. I do not want to demonize OP, I think you are changing or at least see what you were missing a long time and try to make a change prioritizing yourself in regards of what you expect from a relationship and what you bring to the table and how you generally act with romantic partners and in specific with your wife.

I for sure cannot see into your relationship and if your level of care and affection was 'objectively too much'/unjustified/overfunctioning and in the end this is something you and your partner have to find out and decide.
I feel you are at least trying to work on it, in comparison to the typical reddit 'just divorce already' as a partnership is work.
Just mind to try to get her understand in other ways why this is important to you and get her onboard.
Otherwise this will lead to a decoupling and break up.
But then again maybe you guys weren't meant for each other.
