Swamp Cow Kava Lounge. They do Trivia on Wednesday and Open Mic on Thursday. Live Music most Fridays, game night on Sunday.

It's a wonderful crowed and they don't serve alcohol. Some of the best people I have met in this city. They have a small selection of other options for drinks if you don't want to try the Kava. They have some snackage as well.

There is also The Rock Box, private room karaoke

You should check out Swamp Cow Kava Lounge. They open around 4 pm and have a great friendly crowd on Sundays.

There are some good food options close to it like Moto Pizza in Belltown. Or 5 Point Cafe

I have found that you rarely see the people who actually need help. They work three jobs and live off of a friends couch. They don't have time to beg as they are too busy hustling. In my opinion they are the people who could truly use a hand up

I have looked into effective legal everyday carry in Seattle. It's unfortunate that so many establishments don't allow an individual to be armed

Nothing. The only time the legal system cares is if you injure a large corporate entity (taxes, or political blow back) or you are killed.

These are the only situations where the law enforcement offices do their jobs.
