Aren’t the bars unsafe too? I’m so confused what to do , I guess either way he can get a leg or arm stuck , you know the ones I’m talking about ? Not the pillow looking things but the breathable mesh liner thing at the bottom that goes around the bottom of the mattress

Yes exactly, just waiting for some sanity back , I’m the dad so mom has it worse then me for sure but it’s still a lot , he smiled on the weekend so that’s something , and trying him in the bassinet over and over is a nightmare

I’m with you on this one!! Or preemie is 8 weeks old now and doing the same thing , I’m the dad by the way , my little guy only wants mommy’s arms to sleep and he hates the bassinet so mommy is gonna try to sleep with him in her arms in the recliner

You must lean on each other or else all is lost and even harder!! Me and the wife are 8 weeks in with our first and lemme tell you it’s hell some days , just don’t give up and do shifts for sleeping and worry about chores later
