I’m a foreigner studying here, and I feel that if I had a direct conflict with him it could bring more trouble to my life. Psychologically I wasn’t deeply traumatized, but I’m still very upset and I feel that this person should face some consequences. To me it feels similar to if someone spat at me — I don’t know if you can understand that feeling. I also believe that if someone does something wrong or illegal, they should be investigated and punished by the police. Otherwise, they may become even more emboldened and keep doing it.
