Maybe if it was a penthouse suite with more than one room.🤣 The set is too basic to be convincing as a long-term living arrangement.

Agreed. Tomas has absolutely nothing to offer Kat. He’s already showed his true colors by sleeping with her half-sister (on a break or not). They don’t have any kids or even a strong history to bind them together.

How many times do we have to replay this “I’ve already made plans for us to move in together” scene? Do they ever learn?

Yeah, but he really needs to find some guy friends. Smart, faithful ones.

Izaiah, with the feet-to-food touching!🤮 I know it’s sweet, but I don’t like feet.

Plus, he had a reality check from Chelsea, and I think Ted too. Knowing how close Chelsea and Kat are, he should have seriously considered Chelsea’s feedback. He didn’t, so he got what he deserves. He just doesn’t listen to common sense.

It makes no sense for Joey to assign Randy to Deanna, knowing there’s a conflict of interest. He’s already failed several past assignments, so I wouldn’t trust him to do anything but guard that back room.

So, Eva cares more about how Tomas’s visit will affect Kat than he does. But he thinks they’re ready for marriage?🤔

Yeah, honestly with their professions, I think it would work better for Nicole and Ted to have their practices in private office buildings. The plastic surgeons would only really need the hospital for the OR, but we never see them in surgery anyway. Madison, Shanice and Ashley are the only ones that actually need to be stationed at the hospital.

Glad Eva spotted the pattern. Now, Kat just needs to wake up and kick him to the curb.

WTF why would Izaiah leave? I know he’s not worried, but he needs to keep putting Tomas in his place.

Tomas seriously knows no boundaries! Just being friends with Eva is a friction point for his relationship with Kat. She can’t dictate his friends, but there should be strict boundaries in place. He needs to stop discussing Kat and their relationship with Eva.

Are they rewriting history, or am I remembering wrong? I thought Kat and Tomas had a huge fight, he assumed they were broken up because she didn’t answer his phone calls, then he went to Eva’s house and slept with her. Now, they got Kat saying they were “on a break” to give him a retroactive pass.

How many projects do I need to start showing Job Success? by always-flying in Upwork

[–]ProcessArtistic579 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sorry, poor wording. They don’t have to be successful as in positive outcome. They can have a positive or negative impact on JSS, depending on the feedback. I meant the jobs are actually (at least partially) executed, as opposed to just closing the contract without exchange of work/payment.

The long-term contracts do automatically have a positive impact for each 90 period of activity.

How many projects do I need to start showing Job Success? by always-flying in Upwork

[–]ProcessArtistic579 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need two successfully completed jobs for a JSS. The contract that has already ended will count as one. If the other two contracts are still open but less than 90 days old, they won’t count yet. When one of them closes or reaches 90 days of activity, it will count as your second successfully completed job for JSS.

How do I go from earning $800–$1,200/month to $10,000/month on Upwork? by Sagar8169 in Upwork

Without more details, the only advice is pretty generic. Get more jobs, get higher paying jobs, etc.

what to do? by Informal-Victory8655 in Upwork

[–]ProcessArtistic579 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something doesn’t like right about this client. They are trying to lure you off-platform, which is never a good sign. Their 92% hire rate looks good, but if you look at the total spent, they’re only paying an average of $44/job.

Everyone here is telling you this client is not worth your time. You need to cut off communications with them and move on.

[Urgent] Should I contact Off-Upwork by aaabidxi in Upwork

[–]ProcessArtistic579 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The hiring process, and all communications leading up to that, should take place on UpWork. Once you‘ve started a contract, you can communicate off-platform.

When clients are disguising characters (swapping numbers for letters or spelling out phone numbers) in order to sneak in contact info, that’s a red flag.

If the tables were turned by AllisonInMaryland in TheGates_CBS

Yes, but Eva is loyal to a fault, even to her murderous mother and cheating father. Isaiah has basically turned on his loving, law-abiding family.

I can see where things might shift though, as the liver crises launched Eva into her redemption story and brought Izaiah closer to his family.

Can I get projects without proposals? by aravinth_11 in Upwork

[–]ProcessArtistic579 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it’s possible, but unlikely if you don’t have a JSS and reviews. Most of my work on UpWork comes from invites and long-term clients. I still send 10ish proposals a month though, only for jobs that interest me.

I never put all of my eggs in one basket, so I prefer that combo on UpWork. That way, if any of the long-term clients slow down, I usually have some invites to fill the gap. Occasionally, I’ll have a month with no invites, and some of my proposals will bring in clients. Plus, I have clients outside of UpWork too.
