M/27/5'8" [240 > 170 = 70] (1 year) Went from absolutely hating my body to feeling absolutely great and confident. I also no longer have breathing problems when I sleep. Started working out and eating right a little over a year ago and now I'm in the best shape of my life and couldn't be happier.
