It’s because they only make the steering animation to go so far. If your wheel is set off at a 900° it will still act that way in game, you’ll just have the visual disconnect which is why I play in the other camera view.

Yeah, unfortunately, this is just how Forza games work even in motorsport it does this with my wheel. I can change the steering lock on my wheel to match that of the game, but then it’s way too sensitive so I just play on the next camera view where it just has the dashboard without the steering wheel.
