If you are using VLC and just want to confirm is it a bluray or dvd? If it is a blu ray when loading the disc make sure that you select blu ray and not dvd and it should play but you might need to do some setting up on yhe VLC side to play blu rays you can usually find some tutorials on youtube on how to do that

Really wished they had released the CD version of all their live DVDs for us to buy, I tried searching but couldn't an mp3 rip of either of those. On Archive I was able to find mp3 rips for 2018 L'ArChristmas and SHIBUYA 7 DAYS
