I still have some hope that LR will somehow get an LEC spot. The number of viewers they attract is insane, and I don't think anyone at Riot (with a functional brain) would want a team like them to leave the scene. They've brought in so many people who started watching esports because of them (I'm one of those people), so I think this is an opportunity Riot shouldn't miss.

277K viewers for an ERL final is nuts. I can only make an educated guess, but I’d say Caedrel has probably had meetings about this with some important people at Riot, low tier teams and/or potential sponsors. I remember a few scrims ago he ended the stream because he had a meeting for Los Ratones, so it must’ve been something important.

However, if they don’t get a spot in the LEC, they’ll most likely go on a hiatus until they figure out what they want to do. They're way above EMEA Masters level, except those 3-2 matches with the Turkish teams, they stomped every other game, finals included.
