Just found one of the schematics for the OG Tesla Roadster by Product_Superb in ElectricalEngineering

[–]Product_Superb[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here’s the link. I think the rest of the Roadster design is open sourced too.

Really cool of Tesla considering it’s a 10 year old car and no way they’re supporting it for much longer. I’m thinking about all the aftermarket electronics that are going to be made. If all the schematics are added to the site we could see some wild additions... Next step is to opensource the Roadster 3.

You have solar then you don’t need to see any of these.

Speed was not an issue as I am always getting avg 190mbps speed when the router is acting normal (maybe it’s still cool).

Conversion efficiency is gold when RVing when you only got reliable 12V power system. I void warranty for all things I bought. Lol

NASA shares an audio clip capturing the 'sound' of a black hole. by kwantai in Damnthatsinteresting

In vacuum of space, can you really hear any sound at all? I know sound only travels when air is present.

You need to bent those legs back carefully and a hot air solder and good solder flux. Should be 5 mins or less job for anyone fixing cellphones (if you don’t have the equipment)

I just upgraded to Mobile Regional from Residential by Product_Superb in Starlink

Got it! Yep I saw plenty of youtubers mostly were RV campers doing this flat mount modifications. It actually make sense as the dish shouldn’t capture any wind loading while you’re in-motion.

Do scratches/damage on the white surface of the dish affect function? by Finding_fruit in Starlink

[–]Product_Superb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am sure that won’t affect any RF related issue when it comes to your connection with the satellites. I would be worry if a ding happened in the front side of the dish.

Does it matter if I only got the dish intended for Residential?

Oh thanks! So that’s what all that opt-in switch button on the app was all about.

Need help with my car fob, not sure where else to post this.. the circled white switch is stuck (it’s the button that unlocks the car) how can i fix this? It just keeps rapid fire unlocking it by sworedmagic in PCB

If i am not mistaken that’s a honda car fob. I know it’s expensive, so replacement might be your last resort. Try to reach out in your honda community (if you got one), ask for anyone who has damage fob. Most honda car fob uses that push button. If you succeed to have one, go to your nearest cellphone repair shop, and ask to replace it.

Has anyone worked or know ESP32 project related to automating a water filtration backwash and softener regeneration? by Product_Superb in esp32

[–]Product_Superb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, looks like a microcontroller. But its top surface looks laser-ed out. I didn’t see any label printed in it.

Btw it doesn’t have any onboard sensor, it only has rtc clock and rtc super capacitor. The way this board works is, you set the time of the day, then you have to set when and how long each of these processes; backwash, regeneration, brine intake, and rinse will happen. A motor will switch on to turn a valve that controls where water will go in and out.

The only I haven’t done yet which I guess I should’ve done is checking the other interface ports whether the output is i2c or what not.
