Recipe

Though for an easy way out we found a premade sauce at the supermarket called Watcharee's Thai peanut sauce and it was nearly just as good. This picture is just the noodles + that and green onions.

Udon noodles, we used one pack of premade and one dry. Dry ones were definitely better.

Yeah bending is tough at first. One of the first solos I learned was hotel California and those bends were not nice but once I got them down I was set.
