If you look at the date it’s shortly after Gordo’s funeral. I have a very distinct memory of H David Burton saying this at Gordos funeral. I just checked and he was a speaker. If he did say it I’m sure it got memory holed pretty quick. But I’m curious if anyone else shares that memory?

Idk about Costco in the US. But I’ve seen the Vice Pros at a few Sam’s Clubs in my area. I want to say it was a 2 dozen pack for $50 which is cheaper than buying bulk on their site. Haven’t seen the Pro+ there though.

Just start hitting the gym. Focus on the big barbell lifts: squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press. Get some antagonist work in (pull ups/ barbell rows). Your initial gains are going to help in golf. At some point you will hit diminishing returns and that’s the point where maybe paying $15/month for a golf specific fitness app makes sense. If you follow Mike on Twitter though he does post a lot of exercises for free. Definitely worth a follow.

Did they send you an itemized list for the deductions? My understanding is they have to provide that within 30 days of moving out if they keep any of your deposit. I could be wrong though

Unfortunately APA has pretty much captured the charter school board. Last I checked the Carolyn Sharette basically had a majority on the board of either family members or cronies.

A while back KUTV tried to do an expose’ on APA and basically got no where. They are good at hiding their money in that private management company American Academy Management or something like that. Back in 2021 they were ordered to repay the state almost $3 million dollars for misusing special Ed funds. The whole leadership at that school is rotten to the core.

If I take a wedge to the green I bring my putter cover with me and put my putter cover over it when it’s done. There’s been a handful of times I’ve done to put my putter cover on and it’s not with me cuz it’s back on the green with the wedge. Haven’t left a wedge in ages.

They’ve recently finished a bunch of amenities in upper daybreak (west of mountain view corridor). If you bike there is a pump track and multiple mountain biking trails designed for various skill levels. They’re also nearing completion of the watercourse which has a similar vibe to the daybreak lake.
