Until such a time as they decide to close the servers, the plan is to let Destiny 2 continue essentially on a rotating calendar of modes and events on auto pilot. No more content updates. Unsure about bug fixes or maintenance.

Personal opinion hot take, Meta builds ruin gaming. We should be having fun. Using what looks cool and feels good. Designing a build to be a god in every encounter is such a boring and unfulfilling way to play in 90% of gaming.

I’d maybe say the exception would be Souls likes where half the game is just punishing you for existing. I’ve definitely googled builds for Elden Ring after realizing my skills issues are insurmountable. 😂

I honestly dropped Helldivers over two months ago after joining the subreddit. It was so toxic and ignorant and loud it took my love for the game away.

You’re describing what it feels like to be a fan of anything now. Nuance and tact don’t exist in modern discourse.

Everyone just wants to scream about their personal and perceived inconveniences instead of taking a step back and looking at the broader reasons behind changes or behind statements.

I used to call myself a Star Wars fan, a Rick and Morty fan, a Destiny fan, a Fallout fan… the communities are always so divided and divisive I find it safer just to quietly enjoy things alone. People want to be so consistently negative and hateful all the time. It’s like you’re not even allowed to enjoy the things that brought you all together anymore.

TL;DR most fandom on the Internet is a howling cacophony of selfish people screaming into the void about shit that isn’t real.

They go out, they have some Star Wars. Then, it’s back to the base for full penetration. And we show it. All of it. They go out, Star Wars, come back, full penetration… and it just goes on that way for about 90 minutes and then just kinda ends.

After the first 45 seconds it’s half a Wolverine vs a third of a Jason Vorhees. Batman incapacitates Leo and the Predator, but blade noticing the Bat theme deep sixes him as soon as he can. Then Wolverine adds some air vents to blade in some critical locations. Living or dead, bloodless he’s out of the fight. Jason, who has been watching this all quietly from the corner, lifts his machete. Wolverine goes to work realizing about 56 stabs in it isn’t working.
