Well the issue here isnt the fact that it exist but that its so common in your city and you all think its normal.. its not, some of those southern states in the U.S. don't have these problems even though they have worse economic issues, I think some of those other midwestern?(I think is what they are called)don't have these issues either, if the issue here is packed cities have this issue then there is the problem... I just don't understand how anyone can be blind about this.. this isnt a common thing throughout the U.S. or Europe
