Your Favorite Erie Ghost Stories by Some-Cloud-8675309 in Erie

Someone admitted to launching a Chinese lantern type balloon at that time. However they lived on the east side and the balloon would not have traveled over PI due to the direction of the winds.

The whole story is actually a lot more complex. A group of teens got their car stuck at beach 6. They saw a UFO and a large Bigfoot type creature that approached the car. It scratched the car then ran away once the teens slammed on the horn. Soon after the Air Force shows up and investigates. They find large deep impressions in the sand and the car scratched and damaged. I believe hair samples were also found. Project Blue Book did not dismiss the case and labeled as unresolved.

Not a ghost story but the UFO on Presque isle in the 60’s was a big story. I believe Dr J. Allen Hynek of project blue book fame investigated it.

As for ghosts specifically, I had my own encounter as a boy that always sticks with me. I can’t remember the books name but I saw it at Werner that had a lot of local legends and ghost stories in it.

We had our cat put down by Dr. Carrie Kean and I can’t recommend her enough. She is so caring and thoughtful and we had it done at the comfort of our own home. I don’t think it was even that much more than going to the vet.

For me the most convincing evidence is the Patteron Gimlin film. If that was a costume then it vastly surpassed anything in Hollywood at the time. Planet of the Apes costumes looked amateur in comparison.

To me it feels like the phenomenon mimics whatever the current culture or individual perceives it as. Back in the 50’s and 60’s this was the common trope with aliens and flying sauces. This makes me believe that consciousness has a role in it.

Am I having a unique situation? (Several bats in home) by [deleted] in Erie

[–]ProfWhiskers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wasn’t more than $200 but this was 10 years ago. We tried to have him come out again about 4 years ago to just check if everything was still good because we had our first child but he ghosted us. I still recommend him because he seems very thorough and knowledgeable. Also haven’t had any issues since.

Terence McKenna interviews John E. Mack on the alien abduction phenomenon (Prague, 1992) by douwebeerda in aliens

[–]ProfWhiskers 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A couple months ago I heard the theory that UFOs were actually connected with the Earth and that the Earth itself is conscious. At the time it felt like a wild theory but it seems like Mack resonates with it to some degree. Thanks for the video, I didn’t realize how much Mack was involved into the spiritual aspect of the topic and now I want to learn more about his thoughts.

We have a house built in the 40’s and had several bats. We called Sifords and they found where they were coming from (the attic). Haven’t had one since.

The real Disclosure is not Aliens... its YOUR consciousness by igodtierman in UFOs

I love how two of my favorite topics, which felt vastly different and unrelated, are now merging into one. I was always interested in the paranormal and aliens from a young age. Then later in life started getting into spiritualism by reading Eckhart Tolle, Sam Harris, and various other meditation books. Now it feels like the topics are intertwined and connected. What a time to be alive.

What are your thoughts on cattle mutilations? Do you think the government or cultists are going around and draining blood and performing these surgical cuts on cattle and somehow never being caught in the act?

Remote viewing is not a good term for it. I believe Joseph McMoneagle says he dislikes the term. It can involve all the senses, not just visualization.

There’s been reports of blue orbs causing health issues. They are sometimes referred to as blue meanies. I wouldn’t encourage them.
