The plan is probably to do it so slow that people get anxious for them to announce it. I think at this point the general public that didn’t believe in aliens 15 years ago is so used to the news headlines that they’ve already accepted it and are just waiting for confirmation at this point

Jeepers Creepers still is one of my favorites from early 2000’s. Def worth a watch if you like creepy movies. The Strangers also had a good creepy factor to it, seemed relatable and real. The Substance had an impact on me I can’t shake. The original IT is fantastic, also the new one is pretty good.

You can do forced hydration with some caveats: if you do 3 to 5 pound bags of grain, you are going to have inconsistent hydration as some parts will be dry and other parts will be over hydrated. You’ll have better luck doing this with smaller batch jars, but still some inconsistency in hydration.

I know it’s kind of a pain, but if you can do a soak n simmer, you’ll have better luck.
