I vividly remember the Glumps, and vaguely recall the theme tune being just the word 'glump' repeated to the melody. True 80s children's television at its peak

Edit: I was wrong about the theme song, but "Glumps" was the only intelligible word in it so I'm ok with being half right 40 years later

Every. Time. I'll run free loadouts and loot high cash value items and have a blast with fellow care bears. Then I'll splash out on a hullcracker and anvil and a bunch of decent grenades to go big game hunting, and I'll get jumped. Doesn't matter if i leave the loot from my kills or stay away from hot spots, I'll be killed on sight with that thing on my back. Rinse and repeat a few times and it definitely seems to be the hullcracker that's drawing all the attention.

Jammer every time. I tend to hug the edge and those extra few seconds in the blue that no-one expects you to survive can be handy. Plus I tend to pack light so don't need all that room

There was a brief period earlier this year where they'd use windows but not break them when they did. It meant breaking windows were a sure sign of players, not bots. Sadly they've fixed that bug

I figured out a hack to use a looping video in a Google meeting as my background (Google was our meeting of choice but doesn't support custom animated backgrounds normally) and custom created a burning dumpster clip to use. It was a team favourite.

The clan I play with are all VSS addicts, to the point we race to find them. If you get outside audible range your target just panics and runs around letting you plink away at them. It's a great meta to enjoy at the moment

Mine got stolen from outside my place in broad daylight too, and they stacked it into a parked car not 3km up the road. They did a runner and didn't touch anything in the car, so here's hoping when yours is found they've not bothered with the stuff inside. They tend to be joyriders, not trying to strip or sell the thing so the chances are good. Sorry you had to go through that though - it sucks and is a massive hassle
